LinkedIn Studio — write and format LinkedIn posts
About this LinkedIn formatter
LinkedIn Studio is a free editor for posts and long-form articles. Bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough on the toolbar become Unicode glyphs, the same styles the LinkedIn text formatter uses, and those glyphs show up when you paste into LinkedIn. A post in this studio is counted up to 3,000 characters. Article mode, switched from the header, counts up to 110,000 characters. Drafts stay in this browser. There is no account to create.
The toolbar formats text locally. Auto-format and Enhance with AI send only the text you submit to OpenRouter through Threadly's server, which keeps the API key private. Threadly does not publish the post for you. Copy it from the preview and paste it into LinkedIn.
How to use this studio
- Write in the editor, start from a template, or use Paste & Convert to reshape a longer draft with AI.
- Apply bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, or a list from the toolbar.
- Watch the counter. Posts stop at 3,000 characters; switch to Article for the longer limit.
- Copy from the preview, then paste into LinkedIn.
Open the LinkedIn text formatter if you only need Unicode styles and a counter. The X bold and italic generator and Twitter thread maker cover the other studio.
